DependentsAudit includes four communication channels designed to maximize participation rates. All communications are sent using configurable templates that can be customized to align with your organization’s branding, tone, and preferences.

Communications are targeted only to employees with dependents requiring verification and automatically stop once all required dependents are verified.

Schedule

Initial notification Sent to all applicable participants on the audit start date. This message explains the audit requirements and provides secure access to the online verification portal.
Weekly reminders Participants receive a weekly reminder if they still have dependents requiring verification. Reminders stop automatically once all dependents are verified.
Final reminder Sent the day before the audit due date to participants who have not yet completed verification.
