Managing Existing Users

Administrators can update user details, resend invitations, or remove access.

To update:

  1. Go to Settings → Users.

  2. Click the ⋯ (options) icon next to a user.

  3. Select Edit, make changes, and click Update User.

To remove a user:

  • Click Delete under the same menu.

  • Confirm to remove platform access.

💡 Tip: Removing a user immediately prevents login but does not delete audit history.
